Battle cards

How to win against each competitor you monitor, including doing nothing and building it in-house: one card each, in Core's order (job overlap, then recent signals). A card is outdated when something it rests on has changed, and has new intel when reviewed signals about the competitor arrived after it was made. Cards are never edited: change the strategy and ask for a new card.
